These Terms and Conditions of Delivery govern all orders placed through the Crafting Workwear website. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Some remote locations may be subject to additional delivery charges or extended delivery times. Please check our delivery information page for current service availability.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the order date. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of order confirmation. Express delivery options are available at checkout for most destinations. Please note that delivery times may be extended during promotional periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery destination, service selected, and order value. Free standard delivery is available for orders over a specified amount. Exact delivery costs will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Failed Deliveries
If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address information or recipient absence, additional redelivery charges may apply. Packages returned to us due to failed delivery will result in a refund of the product cost minus original and return delivery charges.

Risk and Ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products remains with Crafting Workwear until full payment has been received.

International Delivery
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may be applied by local authorities. These additional charges are not included in the product price or delivery cost.
