Return Terms

At Crafting Workwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it in accordance with the following terms.

Return Period
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty. These include, but are not limited to, face masks, undergarments, and personalized items. Clearance or sale items may be final sale unless otherwise stated.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal on our website. You will need your order number and email address. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we have made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
